Job summary

SHARDA CONSULTANCY SERVICES in Noida is hiring a Team Leader for an International Call Center on a US shift basis with a 5-day work week. This role requires leadership of voice process teams and a readiness to travel as needed.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of Team Leader experience in international BPO, should be willing to travel locally, and must be comfortable with self-travel. Domestic call center/BPO experience will not be considered.
