Job summary

Justdial is hiring a Team Leader - Field Sales to drive field operations across multiple districts. You will lead a team of marketing executives, plan daily activities, set targets, and maintain discipline to achieve consistent performance.

Initially, you will personally conduct up to 5 client meetings per day to boost onboarding and demonstrate Justdial's services. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome, with basic Android/Mobile app knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

Good communication and selling skills.
Two-wheeler with valid license preferred.
Freshers or experienced can apply.
Basic Android/Mobile app knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of marketing executives, plan daily field activities, set targets, and ensure performance.
Drive individual productivity with 5 client meetings per day during the first 3 months.
Visit business owners to onboard clients on the Justdial platform and present services.
Understand client needs and recommend Justdial products while building relationships and brand presence.
Post 3 months, manage team productivity and ensure targets.
Complete 3 client presentations daily as individual target plus team handling.

Lead, guide, and supervise a team of marketing executives by planning daily field activities, setting targets, providing on-ground support, and ensuring consistent performance and discipline.
Drive individual productivity during the first 3 months with 5 client meetings/presentations per day.
Visit business owners to onboard and manage client details on the Justdial platform and present services effectively.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable Justdial products while building strong customer relationships and brand presence.
Post 3 months, manage both individual and team productivity, ensuring overall target achievement.
Once the team is assigned, complete 3 client presentations daily as an individual target + team handling
