Paytm in Patna is seeking a field sales lead to manage a 15+ member team and drive EDC device sales. You will nurture channel partnerships, ensure target achievement, and guide ground execution. The role requires experience in channel sales, merchant onboarding, and incentive planning, with regular MIS reporting using Excel.

Graduate degree is mandatory, with post-graduation preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna, Bihar.

Qualifications

• Graduation is mandatory; post-graduation preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of channel sales & distribution experience.
• Experience leading field sales teams and driving device sales.

Key Responsibilities :

• 1. Lead and manage a field sales team of 15 or more members.
• 2. Drive EDC machine sales and deployment.
• 3. Build and maintain strong channel partner relationships
• 4. Ensure target achievement through proper team coordination and ground execution
• 5. Monitor daily productivity, quality of acquisitions, and incentive earnings
• 6. Train, guide, and motivate team to perform and scale
• 7. Analyze market rends and competitor activities
• 8. Regular reporting and MIS handling using Excel and sales tools

Requirements / Expectations :

• 1. Must have a smartphone, bike, and helmet
• 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales & distribution
• 3. Proven experience in leading field sales teams
• 4. Strong knowledge of merchant onboarding, incentives, and field sales operations
• 5. Experience in POS/EDC device sales will be preferred
• 6. Familiar with metrics-based sales tracking and incentive planning
