SitusAMC in Navi Mumbai invites an experienced operations leader to plan resource allocation for optimum utilization, work with onshore business leaders, and analyze data cuts for senior management reviews.

You will coordinate with senior leaders, create business presentations, oversee about 20 escrow resources, ensure timely deliverables, and mentor teammates through training and learning paths.

Qualifications

• B.Com/ M.Com/ MBA from a reputed institute.
• 5+ years of industry experience, typically with 1+ years in an Associate level role or external equivalent.
• 3-4 years of experience leading teams.
• Spearhead a team of ~20 escrow resources.
• Provide SME support to the team.
• Understand complex Tax schedules and Escrow requirements.
• Transitioning new sub processes/activities and tasks.
• Create learning paths for new joiners in the process.
• Impart training and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Manage day to day deliverables of the process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Essential Job Functions

Qualifications/ Requirements

• Experienced professional with 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in an Associate level role or external equivalent
• 3-4 years of experience in leading teams
• To spearhead a team of ~20 seasoned and experiences Escrow resources.
• Provide SME support to the team.
• Understand complex Tax schedules and Escrow requirements.
• Get involved in transitioning new Sub processes/activities and tasks.
• Create learning path for new joiners in the process.
• Impart training and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Manage day to day deliverables of the process.

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

₹1.00 - ₹1.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
