Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to lead Escrow and Tax management processes within the CRE Mortgage / Loan Servicing domain. You will oversee a team of ~20 professionals, coordinate with onshore leaders, and ensure accurate data delivery and reporting to senior management.

The role requires 10-12 years in CRE Mortgage / Loan Servicing, plus 7-8 years leading teams. Strong communication and project management skills are essential, with a focus on delivering high-quality

Essential Job Functions

Qualifications/ Requirements

• B.Com/ M.Com/MBA from an institute of repute.
• Minimum of 6+ years of industry experience, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent.
• 10-12 years of experience in CRE Mortgage / Loan Servicing
• 7-8 years of experience in Escrow and Tax management
• 4-5 years of experience in leading teams
• To spearhead a team of ~20 seasoned and experiences Escrow resources.
• Provide SME support to the team.
• Understand complex Tax schedules and Escrow requirements.
• Get involved in transitioning new Sub processes/activities and tasks.
• Create learning path for new joiners in the process.
• Impart training and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Manage day to day deliverables of the process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficiency with MS Office suite
• Self-starters
• Project management bent of mind.

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

₹1.00 - ₹1.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
