Job summary

SitusAMC is Bengaluru-based and seeking a seasoned Escrow leadership professional to join our Real Estate Services group. You will plan resources, coordinate with onshore leaders, and present data-driven insights to senior management.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, 3-4 years leading teams, and strong MS Office skills. You will mentor a team of ~20 specialists, drive training, and ensure timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• B.Com/ M.Com/ MBA from a reputed institute.
• 5+ years of industry experience; 1+ year in Associate role.
• 3-4 years leading teams.
• Lead a team of ~20 Escrow resources.
• SME support to the team.
• Understand complex Tax schedules and Escrow requirements.
• Transition new sub-processes/activities and tasks.
• Create learning paths for new joiners.
• Impart training and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Manage day-to-day deliverables and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Self-starter; project management oriented.

Essential Job Functions

• Experienced professional with 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in an Associate level role or external equivalent
• 3-4 years of experience in leading teams
• To spearhead a team of ~20 seasoned and experiences Escrow resources.
• Provide SME support to the team.
• Understand complex Tax schedules and Escrow requirements.
• Get involved in transitioning new Sub processes/activities and tasks.
• Create learning path for new joiners in the process.
• Impart training and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Manage day to day deliverables of the process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

₹1.00 - ₹1.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
