Job summary

SitusAMC in India invites experienced professionals to join its Escrow Operations team in Gurugram. The role focuses on leading a ~20-strong escrow group, optimizing resource allocation, and delivering high-quality outputs to senior management.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in the industry, 3-4 years in leadership, and strong MS Office skills. You will train new joiners, provide SME support, and ensure timely deliverables in a dynamic real estate process environment.

Qualifications

• B.Com/M.Com/MBA from a reputable institute.
• 5+ years of industry experience with 1+ year in Associate level or equivalent.
• 3-4 years leading teams in related functions.
• Lead a team of ~20 escrow resources and provide SME support.
• Understand complex tax schedules and escrow requirements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and reporting.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions

• Plan resource allocation for optimum utilization
• To work with onshore business leaders
• Analyzing and presenting data cuts to senior management
• Creating business presentations for the senior management
• Coordinate with Senior leaders
• Keep a check on all deliverables and perform reporting.
• Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements

• B.Com/ M.Com/MBA from an institute of repute.
• Experienced professional with 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in an Associate level role or external equivalent
• 3-4 years of experience in leading teams
• To spearhead a team of ~20 seasoned and experiences Escrow resources.
• Provide SME support to the team.
• Understand complex Tax schedules and Escrow requirements.
• Get involved in transitioning new Sub processes/activities and tasks.
• Create learning path for new joiners in the process.
• Impart training and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Manage day to day deliverables of the process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficiency with MS Office suite

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

₹1.00 - ₹1.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
