SitusAMC is seeking a Team Leader for its Commercial Real Estate Shared Services in India. The role involves planning resource allocation, collaborating with onshore leaders, and presenting data cuts to senior management.

With 5+ years in the industry and 3-4 years in leadership, you will guide a team of about 20 Escrow professionals, develop learning paths for new joiners, and ensure timely delivery of daily processes. This is a full-time onsite role with growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• B.Com/ M.Com/ MBA from an institute of repute.
• 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in an Associate level role or external equivalent.
• 3-4 years of experience in leading teams.
• Spearhead a team of ~20 seasoned Escrow resources.
• Provide SME support to the team.
• Understand complex Tax schedules and Escrow requirements.
• Create learning paths for new joiners in the process.
• Impart training and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Manage day to day deliverables of the process.
