Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a Manager for Commercial Real Estate Shared Services to lead a team and collaborate with onshore leaders in Chennai/Bengaluru. The role focuses on resource planning, data analysis, and presenting insights to senior management.

Applicants should have extensive CRE Mortgage/Loan Servicing experience, strong Escrow and Tax knowledge, and proven leadership capabilities to drive deliverables and trainings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of industry experience, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate level or external equivalent.
• 10-12 years of experience in CRE Mortgage / Loan Servicing.
• 7-8 years of experience in Escrow and Tax management.
• 4-5 years of experience in leading teams.
• To spearhead a team of ~20 seasoned and experiences Escrow resources.
