Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced professional in Hyderabad to lead Escrow activities and drive performance for a senior management audience. This role requires coordinating with onshore leaders, planning resources, and delivering data-driven insights and presentations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a similar function, strong communication, and the ability to manage a ~20-person team while ensuring timely, accurate deliverables and SME support.Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• B.Com/M.Com/MBA from institute of repute.
• 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in Associate level or external equivalent.
• 3-4 years of experience in leading teams.
• Spearhead a team of ~20 Escrow resources.
• Provide SME support to the team.
• Understand complex Tax schedules and Escrow requirements.
• Transition new sub-processes/activities and tasks.
• Create learning paths for new joiners in the process.
• Impart training and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Manage day to day deliverables of the process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Self-starters.
• Project management bent of mind.
