Job summary

Metlife in Noida is seeking a Senior Process Excellence professional to lead automation and transformation programs using Power Platform, Power BI, and Copilot. You will manage end-to-end projects, define KPIs, and drive benefits realization across underwriting, claims, and customer service.

Collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional teams is essential to deliver sustainable performance improvements.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in Power Platform tools:
  • Power Automate (Desktop & Cloud flows)
  • Power BI (Including DAX - Data Analysis Expressions)
  • Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)
  • M365 Copilot (Chat, Studio, Agent development)
  • SharePoint Site
• Working knowledge of VBA scripting, SQL, Python, Generative AI, Tableau, and RPA tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Capability to deliver training sessions on automation and Power Platform tools.
• Strong analytical skills include capacity planning, effort estimation, FTE modeling, and predictive analysis.
