Job summary

SYSTRA India seeks a Team Leader for renewable energy projects to lead monitoring, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. You will coordinate with state utilities, developers, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, an MBA or related master’s, and 8–10 years of relevant experience in India. Proficiency in MS Office and fluent English are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Master's degree in Engineering; or MBA / Master’s Degree in Management or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of professional experience in the renewable energy sector in India.
• Proven experience with renewable energy companies, utilities, government agencies, or consulting organizations.
• Experience assisting state-owned utilities/RE development agencies in project monitoring/management of at least two Renewable Energy Projects.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.

• Prepare project status reports, presentations, and management dashboards.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations for project improvement and risk mitigation.

Missions/Main Duties

• Lead and supervise project monitoring and management activities for renewable energy projects.

Profile/Skills

• MBA / Master's Degree in Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in the renewable energy sector in India.
• Proven experience working with renewable energy companies, utilities, government agencies, or consulting organizations.
• Experience of assisting state-owned power utilities/RE development agencies in project monitoring or management of at least two Renewable Energy Projects.
• Good knowledge of MS office suite.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential.
