Omega Healthcare in Chennai seeks an experienced Team Lead Accounts Receivable (AR) Hospital Billing to manage end-to-end hospital billing AR operations, drive denial resolution, ensure quality, and improve team performance.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily AR workflows, follow-ups on claims, timely submission, denial management, mentoring billing staff, analyzing denial trends, and generating performance reports in line with HIPAA standards.

Qualificações

• 7–9 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM, with strong expertise in Hospital Billing AR.
• Minimum 1 year of Team Lead experience (on paper).
• Strong knowledge of UB-04, hospital billing workflows, denial management, and AR follow-up.
• Good understanding of US insurance rules, payer guidelines, and claim adjudication.
