Advantmed in Gandhinagar (Infocity) is seeking a Team Leader to manage a US shift operations team focused on risk adjustment and quality outcomes. You will guide daily activities, mentor staff, and ensure timely delivery of targets while maintaining high service levels.

The role requires 2+ years of experience in an international call center, with strong MS Office skills and excellent communication. Office-based, night shift only, based in Gandhinagar.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Master's degree in any field.
• Diploma or Certificate of Data Analytics from a reputed Institute.
