The ideal candidate will command 5+ years in MIS, lead a 6-8 member team, and drive process improvements using Power BI, SQL, and Python in a fast-paced healthcare data environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in MIS reporting or BI.
• Experience leading a team of 6-8 MIS professionals.
• Strong skills in automation and reporting cadence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 6-8 MIS Executives and Automation Analysts.
• Ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual client reporting requirements.
• Monitor team productivity, reporting accuracy, and performance metrics.
• Manage client requirements and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and employee development initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and reporting automation.
• Analyze operational data and provide meaningful business insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and operational excellence.
• Resolve reporting, system, and operational issues impacting service quality.
