Job summary

Andromeda Sales And Distribution is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to guide a team of sales executives in the financial services sector. You will drive loan sales, monitor performance, and ensure high-quality customer service while coaching new teammates.

The role requires 3+ years in sales/team handling, strong communication, and leadership abilities. Familiarity with loan products (personal/business/credit cards) is advantageous. SQL Excel basics and reporting are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or team handling (preferably in financial services).
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Knowledge of loan products such as Personal Loan, Business Loan, or Credit Cards is an advantage.
