Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as Team Lead (on papers) in US Mortgage Servicing.
• Night shift availability and Chennai/on-site work requirement.
• Ability to manage a large loan package delivery workflow with strict SLAs.

• SLA Oversight: Monitor daily pipeline of ~125 loans and ensure delivery within 2 business days.
• Suspense Escalation: Resolve 'hard-to-clear' issues with investors within 24 hours.
• Quality Governance: Review QC reports and coach Specialists to reduce recurring errors.
• Pipeline Management: Allocate loan files among 14 Specialists based on complexity and volume.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to reduce dwell time and kickbacks.

DESCRIPTION

The Team Lead for Investor Delivery manages the critical "Last Mile" of the loan sale process. This role is responsible for ensuring that the production team audits and delivers loan packages to investors with 100% accuracy and within the 48-hour delivery window. The Team Lead acts as the primary point of contact for complex investor suspense items and internal stakeholders (Secondary Marketing/Closing).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• SLA Oversight: Monitor the daily pipeline of ~125 loans to ensure all packages are delivered to end investors within 2 business days of closing.
• Suspense Escalation: Serve as the subject matter expert for "hard-to-clear" suspense conditions, working directly with investors to resolve issues within the 24-hour target window.
• Quality Governance: Conduct side-by-side coaching with Specialists and review QC reports to identify recurring errors in the 45-minute audit process.
• Pipeline Management: Allocate loan files among the 14 Specialists based on complexity and daily volume spikes.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the delivery workflow and implement solutions to reduce dwell time and investor kickbacks.

Minimum 1 year experience as Team lead (on papers) in US Mortgage Servicing process.
