Varsal Terra Technology Pvt. Ltd. in Coimbatore seeks a seasoned Senior Manager – Operations for US Mortgage - Title Services (Settlement). This leadership role requires deep US Mortgage Settlement experience, including post-closing, recording, policy preparation, and curative, and works US hours from the office.

You will lead 100–150 FTE across multiple client accounts, drive end-to-end delivery, governance calls, MIS analytics, and own P&L to achieve revenue growth and profitability.

• Conduct daily/weekly governance calls and huddles with Line Leads and Managers.
• Analyze MIS reports to drive performance improvements and informed decision-making.
• Own and manage P&L, ensuring revenue growth and profitability targets are met.
