Job summary

HonorVet Technologies is seeking an experienced Team Lead / Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition to join our internal recruitment team in Mohali. The role focuses on end-to-end corporate hiring, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing US-based roles, with potential team leadership responsibilities.

You will manage multiple requisitions, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting monthly hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Corporate Recruitment with US staffing background.
• Experience in high-volume/target-driven recruitment.
• Strong sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and portals.
• Experience leading a small recruitment team preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal corporate positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and ensure a smooth process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Follow up with candidates through recruitment lifecycle, including offers and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS records, and candidate databases.
• Meet monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and priorities.
• Guide and mentor junior recruiters where applicable.
• Participate in campus hiring drives and employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal corporate positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including offer rollout and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS records, and candidate databases.
• Meet monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Guide and mentor junior recruiters where applicable.
• Participate in campus hiring drives, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives whenever required.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Generate recruitment reports and update hiring status regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Corporate Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, with mandatory exposure to US Staffing.
• Experience in high-volume hiring or target-driven recruitment.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social media platforms.
• Solid understanding of recruitment processes, interview coordination, and candidate management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools is preferred.
• Prior experience as a Team Lead / Assistant Manager or leading a small recruitment team is preferred.
