Job summary

ADM & Co is seeking a seasoned professional to manage mutual fund operations in Pune. You will coordinate with AMCs for distribution, handle onboarding (KYC-compliant), and oversee end-to-end transactions including SIPs and switches.

You will also manage billing, commissions, and regular MIS reporting to support wealth management services. The role requires deep knowledge of mutual fund processes, regulatory standards, and solid Excel/reporting skills.

Qualifications

• 25 years of relevant experience in mutual fund operations / wealth management.
• Experience working as a mutual fund distributor is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with AMC tie-ups and coordination.
• Strong understanding of mutual fund processes, compliance, and documentation.
• Familiarity with platforms like BSE Star MF, NSE NMF II, or similar.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Experience in handling wealth management operations.
• Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely processing of all operational activities.
