Job summary

Perit AI (YC F26) is seeking an Indian national to lead and manage a Spanish-language transcription and AI data annotation team in Bengaluru. The role demands strong Spanish language proficiency (Spain) and English communication, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

You will allocate 6 hours to hands-on annotation and word alignment, and 4 hours to review work, ensure daily output targets, mentor teammates, and run day-to-day operations. Certification in Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Spanish (Spain) proficiency including grammar and vocabulary.
• Strong understanding of spoken Spanish and accents.
• English proficiency for professional communication.
• Experience in transcription, translation, proofreading, or data annotation preferred.
• Prior team management or leadership experience is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Spanish certification such as DELE/SIELE or equivalent is required.
• Submit certificate with level, issuing organization, and year during recruitment.

Must have:
