Job summary

ASSPL - Karnataka - B56 is seeking a capable Team Lead to own end-to-end consumables management and IT4M requirements for our INSC warehouse. You will forecast demand, optimize stock levels, and ensure uninterrupted operations during both normal and peak periods.

You will collaborate with Operations, Procurement, IT and Finance to drive process improvements, track KPIs, and deliver cost-efficient replenishment cycles. Fluency in English and strong Office product skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end management of INSC warehouse consumables including procurement, inventory tracking, and Motherbags recirculation.
• Develop and execute consumables and IT4M supply plans for BAU and peak periods.
• Manage IT4M requirements for INSC to support warehouse operations across BAU and peak.
• Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, IT and Finance to streamline workflows and publish regular performance updates.

Purview of a Team Lead

Consumables Management & Motherbags Recirculation: Own end-to-end management of INSC warehouse consumables including procurement, inventory tracking, and Motherbags recirculation. Ensure optimal stock levels, minimize wastage, and drive cost-efficient replenishment cycles for uninterrupted operations.

BAU & Peak Readiness Planning: Develop and execute consumables and IT4M supply plans for both BAU and peak periods. Proactively forecast demand surges, build buffer strategies, and ensure zero-disruption readiness during high-volume events.

IT4M Requirements Ownership: Manage all IT4M (IT for Maintenance) requirements for INSC, including identification, prioritization, and timely resolution of IT infrastructure and equipment needs to support warehouse operations across BAU and peak.

Stakeholder Coordination & Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Procurement, IT, Finance) to streamline consumables and IT4M workflows. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, track KPIs, and publish regular MBRs to ensure accountability and cost efficiency.
