Amazon's transportation team seeks a Team Lead to oversee shift operations at our Delivery Center in Bengaluru, Karnataka. You will support the DC manager in performance management and execution of the operational plan to ensure timely deliveries.

We value strong execution, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 1+ years in a customer-facing or logistics setting and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience.

• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Experience with Excel.

Responsibilities

We're seeking a Team lead for our Delivery center. In this role you will be responsible for shift operations at our DCs and support the DC manager in performance management and driving the operational plan.

Essential Functions

• Working with the Center manager to ensure smooth function of the Amazon transportation operations at Bangalore
• Executing the delivery process from delivery station to customer address
