The candidate should possess 4–8 years of IT recruitment experience, exceptional communication, and hands-on leadership to optimize performance and client satisfaction. This full-time position is based on-site in Bhubaneswar.

• Proven experience in Team Handling / Team Leadership.
• Strong Client Management & Stakeholder Management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of IT technologies and recruitment processes.
• Experience with bulk hiring and handling multiple client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of IT Recruiters and ensure timely closure of requirements.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for various IT technologies and skill sets.
• Interact with clients to understand hiring requirements, priorities, and expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Translate client requirements into effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Allocate requirements to recruiters based on skill sets and experience.
• Monitor team performance, submissions, interviews, offers, and joining ratios.
• Conduct regular team reviews and provide guidance to improve recruitment performance.
• Ensure quality profiles are submitted within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with clients throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive hiring experience.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and performance reports.
• Handle escalations and ensure smooth coordination between clients, recruiters, and candidates.
