Plan India is seeking a Team Lead Individual Fundraising in Delhi to grow and retain our individual donor base through direct dialogue and calls, leading a team of fundraisers to meet acquisition, retention, and revenue targets while upholding ethical standards.

The role focuses on recruiting, coaching, and driving performance, developing donor strategies, ensuring compliance with data privacy and fundraising codes, and delivering a superior donor experience across channels.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach, and manage the fundraising team.
• Set team KPIs on a weekly, monthly & annually basis.
• Motivate the team to meet daily/weekly/monthly fundraising targets.
• Develop donor retention & acquisition strategies to expand the individual donor pipeline.
• Own the individual fundraising revenue target for self and drive team’s performance.
• Ensure all fundraising interactions comply with organizational and regulatory fundraising standards (data privacy, consent, ethical fundraising codes).
• Ensure accurate and timely donor remarks entry into CRM all entire reactive team (e.g., ZOHO).
• Handle escalated donor queries/complaints professionally of the team.
• Handled closing calls for the team to maximize donor conversions.
• Team productivity (calls/meetings/asks per fundraiser per day)

SUMMARY OF THE OVERALL JOB

The Team Lead Individual Fundraising is responsible for growing and retaining the organization’s individual donor base through direct dialogue and telephone. This role leads a team of fundraisers to meet acquisition, retention, and revenue targets, while ensuring an excellent donor experience and full compliance with fundraising regulations and ethical standards.

KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to Recruit, train, coach, and manage entire reactive team of individual giving/fundraising executives.
• Set team KPIs on a weekly, monthly & Annually basis.
• Motivate the team to meet daily/weekly/monthly fundraising targets.
• Develop donor retention & acquisition strategies to expand the individual donor pipeline.
• Own the individual fundraising revenue target for self and drive team’s performance.
• Ensure all fundraising interactions comply with organizational and regulatory fundraising standards (data privacy, consent, ethical fundraising codes).
