Job summary

Golden Opportunities is seeking a qualified professional to lead end-to-end Quality Control operations within HRO processes. The role requires 4+ years of experience in HRO, with a strong grasp of end-to-end HR functions including MDM, employee benefits, talent acquisition, and audits.

The candidate will ensure CTQs, SOPs, and compliance across operations, review audits, and drive corrective actions while maintaining timely internal and external reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of end-to-end cycle of H2R (MDM, Employee benefits, Talent Acquisition, Statutory audits)
• Lead end-to-end Quality Control operations
• Ensure adherence to CTQs, SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Review audit findings, identify quality gaps, and recommend corrective actions
• Adherence of daily audits and timely reporting to stakeholders
• Prepare RCAs and 5 Whys for errors with preventive actions
• Ensure all deliverables meet SLAs and KPIs and are documented accurately

Detailed Job Description

• Strong understanding of end-to-end cycle of H2R (MDM, Employee benefits, Talent Acquisition, Statutory audits) Lead end-to-end Quality Control operations Ensure adherence to CTQs (Critical to Quality parameters), SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Review audit findings, identify quality gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Adherence of daily audits are being performed and reported out to internal and external stakeholders Prepare RCAs, 5Whys for the errors with strong preventive action Ensure all team deliverables are completed in due time and compliant to relevant standards and policies and reported accurately Ensure compliance to all SLA and KPI targets Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities Handle internal reporting, adherence to SLAs Exceed daily / weekly / monthly targets on Teams TAT and AccuracyDemonstrated proactive, positive conflict resolution skills.
