Job summary

Thompsons HR Consulting Pvt Ltd in India is seeking an experienced Team Lead US Payroll to steer end-to-end US payroll operations across multiple states. You will lead, mentor, and ensure compliance with complex tax regimes while driving efficiency in high-volume cycles.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in US payroll and 3–5 years in a leadership role, with strong knowledge of payroll laws and systems such as ADP, Workday or Paychex.
