Job summary

Amazon Bengaluru is seeking a Delivery Operations professional responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end delivery process from the delivery station to the customer address.

You will lead a motivated delivery team, ensure adequate bandwidth during peak times, and constantly improve performance through Kaizen-inspired initiatives. Strong English communication and Excel/MS Office skills are required for success in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with Excel

Responsibilities

Key job responsibilities

Essential Functions

• Defining , building and executing the delivery process from delivery station to customer address

High Ownership: Follows through to ensure the delivery of changes/solutions/services that fulfill the Customer's needs.

Analytical Skills: Effectively analyse and interpret information, identifying & validating the key facts, including reviewing alternatives to determine advantages and associated risks.

Basic Qualifications
