Amazon in Bengaluru is seeking a Team Lead for its Delivery center to oversee shift operations and support the DC manager in performance and delivery planning.

As a Team Lead you will coordinate with the Center manager, ensure smooth operations from the delivery station to customer addresses, and drive continuous delivery improvements. The role requires 1+ years in logistics or warehousing, a bachelor’s degree, and fluency in English, with strong Excel and MS Office skills.

We're seeking a Team lead for our Delivery center. In this role you will be responsible for shift operations at our DCs and support the DC manager in performance management and driving the operational plan.
