At Amazon, we strive to be the most customer‑centric company on earth. We are looking for a team lead for our transportation team to oversee shift operations at our delivery center, support the DC manager in performance management, and drive the operational plan.

Location

Hyderabad.

Essential Functions

• Deliver training & coaching of Amazon processes, products, operating model, and SOP to Associates.
• Work on the ground to enable new product launches and partner with the operations and other teams.
• Maintain & publish routine performance & business reports on the current status and recommend action plans based on data; report overall network health in the assigned territory.
• Build and manage a multi‑layer team, coaching and mentoring associates to achieve their targets.
• Set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage relationships with associates.
• Collaborate with process associates & station teams to improve operational aspects and consistently enhance efficiency.
• Handle day‑to‑day operational escalations and be available around the clock to manage issues.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Support station operations and/or customer deliveries.

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong bias for great customer service, engaging the team to understand customer experience.
