NES Fircroft is seeking a Lead HR Shared Services to manage global HR services from Bangalore. You will guide and mentor the team, ensure compliant delivery, and act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on workplace matters.

The role requires leading end-to-end HR operations across regions, collaborating with leaders, and driving continuous improvement in HR processes. A strong background in HR operations and confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• MBA in HR preferred.
• Minimum 6–7 years experience in HR Ops - Shared Services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR Shared Services operations across APAC, ME, Egypt, Americas and UK.
• Partner with Regional HR Business Partner to provide operational and strategic HR advice.
• Collaborate with global locations to align HR practices and support shared goals.
• Lead and mentor HR team, assign work, monitor progress and drive productivity.
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate KPI reports for decision making.
• Identify gaps in HR processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.

About the Role:

As a Team Lead HR Shared Services, you will play a pivotal role in managing Global HR Shared Services, guiding team members, and ensuring seamless delivery of HR services across regions. This position requires a proactive leader who can oversee day-to-day HR activities, mentor the HR team, maintain compliance, and foster positive employee experience. You will be the go-to person for employees and managers on workplace and people-related matters, handling them with professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy.

What Youll Be Doing:

• End-to-End HR Operational Support: Oversee daily HR Shared Services operations across APAC, ME, Egypt, Americas, and UK, ensuring compliance with company standards and timelines.
• Partner with Leaders: Collaborate closely with the Regional HR Business Partner to support a designated business area, providing operational and strategic HR advice.
• Global Collaboration: Work with colleagues and stakeholders across global locations to align HR practices and support shared goals

Team Management:

• Lead and mentor HR team members, assigning operational work and monitoring task completion.
• Drive team productivity by setting clear goals, preparing scorecards and productivity reports.
• Provide coaching and guidance to enhance team capability and maintain high standards of service delivery.

Data & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate HR records in the HRMS system.
• Generate analytical and KPI reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Policy & Process Improvement:

• Identify gaps in HR operational processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.

What Were Looking For:

Qualification: MBA in HR preferred

Work Experience

• Minimum 67 years experience in HR Ops - Shared Services function, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role, with proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage HR teams to achieve departmental goals.

• HR Leadership: Proven experience in a HR Team Lead role, with the ability to confidently advise and support team members on a wide range of HR Operational matters.

• Confidentiality & Professional Integrity: Demonstrates discretion in handling sensitive information and maintains the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
• Attention to Detail & Continuous Improvement: Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, high-quality service delivery, and continuous process improvement.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
