NES Fircroft is seeking an HR Operations Analyst to join our Global HR Shared Services team in Bangalore, India. You will support the Middle East region, ensuring accurate, compliant HR processes across the employee lifecycle and collaborating with regional HR Business Partners and global stakeholders.

Responsibilities include onboarding, lifecycle changes, offboarding, HR documentation, payroll data accuracy, reporting, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• Experience with onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding.
• Strong knowledge of HR documentation and confidential records.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle for the ME region, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Prepare and maintain HR documents such as offers, contracts, visa letters, and records.
• Partner with Regional HRBPs and global stakeholders to deliver HR processes.
• Handle employee queries with professional and confidential support.
• Support payroll data accuracy and benefits administration per regional policies.

As an HR Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role within our Global HR Shared Services team, delivering accurate, compliant, and service-focused HR support across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with regional HR Business Partners and global stakeholders, you will ensure a seamless employee experience while supporting HR operations across the Middle East region.

What Youll Be Doing

• Employee Lifecycle Administration: Manage the complete employee lifecycle across the Middle East region, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding activities.
• HR Documentation & Records Management: Prepare and maintain employment documents including offer letters, contract amendments, visa letters, employment certificates, exit documentation, and employee records within HR systems.
• HRBP & Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted operational partner to Regional HR Business Partners, supporting the consistent delivery of HR processes and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Employee Query Management: Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR-related queries, providing timely, professional, and confidential support.
• Payroll & Benefits Coordination: Support payroll administration by ensuring accurate employee data is maintained and submitted. Assist with benefits administration in line with regional requirements and company policies.
• HR Reporting & Analytics: Produce regular and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and data analysis to support business decisions and regional HR initiatives.
• Compliance & Process Excellence: Ensure HR processes are delivered in accordance with local regulations, company policies, and global standards.
• Operational Support: Assist with additional HR operational activities and projects as required by the HR Supervisor or HR Business Partner.
