• Lead and manage 23 engineering teams and coordinate day-to-day activities.
• Perform and oversee engineering detailing, checking, and quality review.
• Interact directly with global clients to understand requirements and resolve technical queries.
• Coordinate and arrange required project inputs, drawings, specifications, and technical information.
• Support project planning, resource allocation, estimation, and scheduling.
• Monitor project progress, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate across teams and ensure smooth execution from project initiation to completion.
• Identify project risks/issues and drive timely resolution.
• Mentor team members and support their technical and professional development.
