Job summary

• Lead and own projects from conception to delivery with a focus on performance and security.
• Build and nurture an innovative engineering culture.
• Define engineering best practices, processes, and metrics for continuous improvement in Agile.
• Develop roadmaps, manage headcount, schedules, and deliverables across projects.
• Motivate team members, set objectives, review performance, grow careers.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, project managers, test managers, database teams, and quality teams to deliver features, releases, and technical PoCs.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of tasks and projects.
• Own hiring, grooming, and technical development of team members.
• Identify improvement areas and propose solutions across people, processes, technology, quality, and delivery.
• Collaborate with other managers to build integrated enterprise-class software product suites for Fortune 100 pharmaceutical clients.
