Job summary

THERMAX is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead Detailed Engineering from initiation through completion, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and vendors to meet scope, schedule, quality, safety, and budget targets.

The role requires developing execution plans, monitoring progress, and driving milestones across process, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, civil, and structural engineering domains. Strong focus on risk mitigation and adherence to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering Planning & Execution

• Lead Detailed Engineering from initiation to completion.


• Develop project execution plans, schedules.

• Coordinate engineering activities across multiple disciplines including process, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, civil, and structural engineering.


• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.

Engineering Management

• Review engineering deliverables, calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.


• Ensure engineering designs comply with project requirements, industry codes, standards, and client specifications.


• Facilitate technical discussions and resolve engineering issues during project execution.


• Manage engineering change requests and ensure proper documentation.

BOQ & Schedule Control

• Track project BOQ, and resource utilization.


• Analyze schedule performance and implement corrective actions when required.
