3X4 Genetics in Delhi seeks a Team Leader Retail Sales to drive growth across the retail distribution ecosystem. You will lead a team of Sales Relationship Managers and steer MFDs, IFAs, Wealth Managers, and other retail partners.

You will implement sales strategies, nurture long-term relationships, expand distribution, monitor pipelines, and analyze market trends to boost market share in mutual funds and asset management.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Mutual Funds, Asset Management or Wealth Management.
• Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in any discipline.

The Team Leader Retail Sales will be responsible for driving business growth across the retail distribution ecosystem in Delhi. The role will lead a team of Sales Relationship Managers and drive acquisition, engagement, and productivity of Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), Wealth Managers, and other retail channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth across retail channels through effective execution of sales strategies and business plans.
• Build, nurture, and strengthen long-term relationships with key MFDs, IFAs, Wealth Managers, and distribution partners.
• Drive acquisition of new distribution relationships while deepening engagement with existing partners.
• Monitor sales performance, business pipelines, and channel productivity to ensure achievement of business targets.
• Track market developments, competitor strategies, and investor trends to identify opportunities and drive market share
• gains.
• Strong understanding of Mutual Funds, Capital Markets, and Retail Distribution ecosystems.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing sales teams.
• Strong distributor relationship management and stakeholder influencing skills.

Experience: 12+ years of experience in Mutual Funds, Asset Management or Wealth Management
