DSP Mutual Fund in Delhi is seeking a Relationship Manager to manage and grow our IFA channel and distribution sales. You will be the face of DSP for independent financial advisors and distributors, driving AUM and SIP growth while ensuring high service standards.

• Strong network of IFAs and MFDs in Delhi NCR.
• Proven track record of meeting AUM and SIP targets.
• Good understanding of mutual fund products and SIP flows.
• Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills.
• Comfortable reading partner MIS and data-driven decisions.
• MBA is a plus; formal education aligned with finance.

Relationship Manager – IFA Channel, Distribution Sales (Delhi)

DSP is looking for a Relationship Manager to manage and grow our IFA channel business in Delhi, as part of the Distribution Sales team. You will be the face of DSP for a set of independent financial advisors and distributors, and you will be responsible for growing the AUM and SIP flows that come through them.

Objectives of the Role

• Own the relationship with IFAs and MFDs in your Delhi territory and grow DSP's AUM and SIP book through them
• Onboard new IFAs and re-activate partners who are dormant or giving us a low share of their business
• Increase share of wallet with existing partners across DSP's product range
• Meet partners regularly, run partner connects and investor-education sessions, and keep them updated on fund performance, new launches and our market views
• Track partner-wise AUM, flows and SIPs, and deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Bring back market intelligence on what competing AMCs are offering partners and where we are losing or winning business
• Work with Product, Marketing and Operations to give partners quick, reliable service
• Follow AMFI, SEBI and DSP distribution guidelines in all partner dealings

Skills Required

• Strong, existing network of IFAs and MFDs in Delhi NCR
• Proven track record of meeting AUM and SIP targets in the IFA channel
• Good understanding of mutual fund products, category dynamics, SIP flows and partner economics
• Strong relationship-building skills: able to earn the trust of experienced advisors
• Comfortable with data: can read partner-wise MIS and decide where to spend time
• Clear communication and a good presenter in partner meetings and events
• Graduate; MBA is a plus

Years of Experience

7 to 10 years in mutual fund or wealth sales, with a strong background in handling the IFA / MFD channel.
