Job summary

Zepto Bangalore is seeking a data-driven professional to lead the Fresh & Fruits & Vegetables (F&V) category through analytics-led decisions. You will own growth, assortment, pricing, and margins, using SQL to uncover insights at category, SKU, and store levels.

The role involves analyzing sales, inventory, wastage, and stock-outs to identify opportunities and drive measurable business impact, while collaborating with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Marketing, and other teams.

Were Looking For

• 2 4 years of relevant experience in Category Management / Analytics.
• Strong hands-on SQL skills.
• Experience in F&V / Fresh / FMCG / Retail / E-commerce / Quick Commerce.
• Strong understanding of category and business metrics.
• Ability to independently analyze data and translate insights into business recommendations.
• Strong ownership mindset and passion for solving complex problems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
