Job summary

Blitz is seeking an Operations professional in Bengaluru to own shift operations across picking, packing, dispatch and inventory. The role involves planning rosters and boosting frontline staff productivity, while monitoring real-time orders to ensure SLA adherence.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in Quick Commerce / Dark Store operations, with hands-on experience in managing frontline teams and strong knowledge of picking, packing, dispatch and inventory management.
