You will review outputs, guide processors, and coordinate with stakeholders to provide timely updates. Strong SAP, Outlook, and Excel skills, plus proven SLA/KPI management, are essential for success in this office-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline is mandatory.
• Regular stream of education for 15 years is mandatory.
• 6+ years of experience managing claim reimbursements, especially travel claims.

Responsibilities

• Review claims processed by the team for correctness and completeness.
• Serve as SPOC for stakeholders addressing inquiries and providing updates.
• Guide the team of processors and oversee their performance.
• Analyze claims to identify trends, detect potential frauds and areas of improvements.
• Diligently attend to escalations; publish reports to leadership on performance metrics; maintain proper documentation and cross-skilling of resources; ensure SLAs & KPIs are consistently met.

• Candidate Expectations 6+ years of experience managing claim reimbursements, especially travel claims.
• Experience in MS Outlook, MS Excel, SAP

Education and Certification

• Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, or related discipline
• Specific Remarks: 15 years regular stream of education mandatory
