Job summary

Amazon in Bangalore seeks a Team Lead for our Delivery center. You will be responsible for shift operations at our DCs and support the DC manager in performance management and driving the operational plan.

As a Team Lead you will help coordinate delivery activities, ensure timely customer deliveries, and drive continuous process improvements. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize staffing, scheduling, and workflow across peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Experience with Excel.

Responsibilities
