Job summary

Shree Vasu Logistics in Rajkot is hiring a Team Leader to manage on-ground warehouse operations in a fast-paced 3PL setting. The role requires leading large teams, implementing SOPs, and delivering results across inbound, sorting, packing, and dispatch, with rotational night shifts.

You will oversee 40+ ground staff, drive productivity and quality, handle attendance and shift handovers, report to the Warehouse Manager, ensure safety and compliance, and be open to Pan India travel to gain

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
• 1–2 years of experience leading teams of 30–50 members.
• Prior experience in e-commerce or 3PL environment preferred.
• Strong team handling, discipline enforcement, and shift planning skills.
• Comfortable with rotational shifts, including night duties.
• Process-driven mindset with hands-on operational control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 40+ ground staff across inbound, sorting, packing, and dispatch functions.
• Ensure daily shift targets are met in terms of productivity, quality, and turnaround time.
• Execute operations as per SOPs and client SLAs.
• Manage attendance, discipline, and performance of team members in rotational shifts.
• Conduct on-floor planning, manpower deployment, and shift handovers efficiently.
• Provide regular updates and reports to Warehouse Manager and Ops team.
• Resolve on-ground issues proactively and maintain team motivation and output.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and process compliance during each shift.
