Paytm is seeking a dynamic leader for its EDC Retail team to grow swiping device sales across multiple locations in India. You will build and guide a high-performing team, set clear goals, delegate tasks, and oversee day-to-day operations.

You will resolve merchant queries, monitor performance metrics, and coach team members to deliver strong results while maintaining excellent merchant relationships. Graduate or postgraduate with leadership experience is required.

The person should be capable of increasing the sale of EDC machines through proper channels to the merchants across multiple locations.
