Job Summary

We are seeking a Full Stack Team Lead with strong expertise in Node.js and Python (including basic AI/ML exposure) along with React.js and Next.js to guide interns and full-time developers. This role involves leading development initiatives, ensuring timely project delivery, maintaining code quality, and attending client calls for requirement discussions and project updates when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage both interns and full-time developers.
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js, Python, React.js, and Next.js.
• Support and guide the team on basic AI/ML integrations where applicable.
• Attend client calls for requirement gathering, clarification, and progress updates.
• Review code and enforce best practices, scalability, and security standards.
• Plan and manage tasks, timelines, and sprints to ensure smooth project execution.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize application performance, and support deployments.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs and databases such as MongoDB and MySQL.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts or Python-based data processing.
• Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.

Good to Have
