Job description

We are looking for a skilled Team Lead with 3+ years of experience in web and mobile application development, along with exposure to AI/ML technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers.
• Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications.
• Integrate AI/ML models and APIs into applications.
• Participate in coding, code reviews, and debugging.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements.
• Ensure best practices in development, security, and performance.
• Assist in project planning, task allocation, and delivery tracking.
• Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Python/PHP (Laravel).
• Basic to intermediate experience in AI/ML concepts.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks/libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar).
• Experience integrating AI APIs (e.g., chatbots, NLP, or image processing).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and MVC architecture.
• Experience with databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency with Git/version control.

Qualifications

• B.Tech - CS, IT, AI, ML / MCA.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience.
