• Competitive Exam Training: Conduct structured classroom sessions to prepare students for competitive examinations.
• Mental Aptitude & Reasoning: Teach aptitude, logical reasoning, and other relevant concepts using simple and engaging methods.
• Student Engagement: Understand students' learning levels and simplify concepts to ensure effective learning and participation.
• School Coordination: Conduct training sessions across assigned government schools as per the programme schedule.
• Student Mentoring: Motivate and guide students to build confidence, improve problem-solving abilities, and develop a competitive exam-oriented approach.
• Programme Support: Maintain basic records and support programme-related activities as required.
• 1-2 years of teaching experience is preferred.
