This role sits within Khan Academy India's Schools Team, which partners with government school systems and has reached 21,000+ teachers and 1.2 million learners across 8,500+ schools.
The Schools Team supports teachers, teacher mentors and administrators through training sessions, resources, webinars and peer-to-peer sharing. The Training Coordinator will design and deliver these professional development programmes for the team's government partners in Karnataka, lead a group of master trainers, and use field learning and data to make each round of training better than the last. This is a twelve-month contract-based role.
