Job summary

Bimba Enterprises in Bengaluru is seeking a dedicated preschool educator to plan and conduct age-appropriate, activity-based learning for preschool children. You will support cognitive, language, social, emotional and physical development through creative activities, storytelling, art, music and sensory play, while maintaining a safe, inclusive classroom.

Regularly observe and document children’s progress and communicate with parents; collaborate with the Centre Head to ensure smooth day-to-day

Qualifications

• Must have Montessori/NTT/ECCE or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication and classroom management are essential.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate, activity-based and play-based learning for preschool children.
• Support childrens cognitive, language, social, emotional, physical and motor development.
• Implement the preschool curriculum through creative activities, storytelling, rhymes, art & craft, music and sensory play.
• Maintain effective classroom management and ensure a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Observe and document childrens learning, development and progress.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding childrens progress, behaviour and classroom activities.
• Prepare classroom resources, displays and learning materials.
• Participate in school events, celebrations, field activities and other centre initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Centre Head and teaching team to ensure smooth day-to-day classroom operations.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification in Montessori / NTT / ECCE / Early Childhood Education / Preschool Education or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in preschool, nursery, kindergarten or early childhood education preferred.
• Strong communication, classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, patient, energetic and genuinely passionate about working with young children.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Candidates with experience in Montessori methodology, activity-based learning or play-based learning will be preferred.
