Job summary

Bimba Enterprises in Bengaluru is seeking an energetic preschool teacher to plan age-appropriate activities and deliver the curriculum through creative methods.

You will support cognitive, language, social, emotional, physical and motor development, maintain a safe, inclusive classroom, and communicate regularly with parents about progress and activities. Collaboration with the Centre Head ensures smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Montessori / NTT / ECCE / Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in preschool, nursery, kindergarten or early childhood education preferred.
• Strong communication, classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, patient, energetic and genuinely passionate about working with young children.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Candidates with experience in Montessori methodology, activity-based learning or play-based learning will be preferred.
