Job Description
We are looking for a warm, energetic and passionate Pre-School & Day Care Teacher who enjoys working with young children and can create a safe, engaging and stimulating classroom environment.
The ideal candidate should be able to combine structured learning with play, stories, art, music, movement, sensory activities and hands-on experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities for Pre-Nursery, Nursery, LKG and UKG children.
- Prepare and deliver engaging daily lesson plans.
- Conduct activities involving art & craft, storytelling, music, dance, yoga, sensory play and outdoor activities.
- Support children's language, cognitive, social, emotional and physical development.
- Use play-based and interactive teaching techniques.
- Encourage children's creativity, curiosity, independence and problem-solving abilities.
- Maintain a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment.
- Observe and document children's development and progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's development and classroom participation.
- Assist with celebrations, special events, field trips and school activities.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff.
- Ensure classroom materials, toys and learning resources are organised and maintained.
- Support the Day Care programme, including supervised activities, quiet/rest time and age-appropriate engagement.
- Follow the school's hygiene, safety and child-protection standards.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate / 12th pass with NTT / Montessori / ECCE / D.El.Ed. / equivalent early-childhood education qualification preferred.
- 14 years of experience in preschool, nursery, kindergarten or daycare.
- Experience working with young children is essential.
- Good spoken English and Hindi.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer/digital skills.
- Candidates with experience in activity-based or Montessori-inspired teaching will be preferred.
